motivation latter and CV

I am currently enroll in Bachelor 4 semster program and applied for university and now they send me email to sent the notarized copies . I have attested that and they didn’t mentioned in requirements about recommendation latter , or CV , motivation latter , soo should I send it too ? or ignore this .
