Missing document Inquiry

Good evening friends,
As I applied for the Master of Date Science, today I received an reply for the TU Braunschweig informing me that there is still missing document you need to upload, otherwise your application will be rejected.
Any assistance is helpful and appreciated.
Their requirement : Proof of knowledge and expertise as stated in §2(2) of the admission regulation, to be submitted as a written
statement of no more than one page (A4/Letter size paper, Arial font, font size 10), including appropriate
documentation, module descriptions, etc.
The attached image is describing the missing document needed.
