Info about FRC

Hi, I just received a call from embassy and they have asked me to submit a FRC document to prove the relationship with my sponsor. My sponsor is my Father’s sister and she lives in USA. I wanted to know that procedure of getting this FRC.
Should I ask my aunt for her FRC that shows her relation to my father and my FRC to show my relation to him? Thank you.
