CRMS number on Birth Certificate

Asslamualaikum, anyone has recently changed his birth certificate with court orders? Is the birth certificate contains two CRMS numbers (old and new) or only one (new) after a change?

    1. Yes, in my case we canceled the old Birth Certificate and then got a new Birth Certificate with a new CRMS number.

    3. If you cancel your old birth certificate then new crms number will be issued on the new BC. If you just change a few things in old BC then the old crms number will remain on BC.

      Yes, agar court orders say BC main changes hui hon to right top pay old crms number hota aur left top pay new crms.
