Changing university in Germany – Private to Public

Is this possible to switch private university to public university after reaching Germany? And, after how much time it is possible? And, what is the procedure?
Kindly guide me.

      Yes, you can change university anytime after coming to Germany. Get an admission letter from the new university and submit it in Ausländerbehörde. They will change your visa from the old to the new university. If you really want to change university then do it as early as possible because you will need to resubmit blocked account confirmation to change the visa.
