Admission to Germany with 2 year Bcom and MSc

I want to study business in Germany, I have done 2 years B.com, one year gap, and then MSc accounting and Finance with 2.9 CGPA. Now, can I get admission to Germany in a master’s degree?
Some consultants say it’s not possible and some say it’s possible. I’m really confused, please help me. Thanks
