Admission and Visa Process with a Consultant

A consultant told me that the admission is open in Germany for Feb intake ……and there will be free education…just have to make a Block account for 3-4 months… The process through a Consultant will be a good option. And embassy and universities will issue the visa and offer letters respectively as early as in Feb intake..??
